BODIES IN MOTION: (GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING)

This class is designed for the individual who wants a total body workout.  Participants move from station to station through a simple but effective routine that will target specific areas of the body.  Be prepared also to run, cycle, push up, weight train and execute athletic drills.

CARDIO CHAOS

This class will be the instructor’s choice for a thorough cardio workout followed by toning and intervals of jump rope, kwando, step, boxing, and athletic drills to create high intensity and cross training. Take the challenge.

GET ON THE BALL

Using the resist a ball, this workout focuses on the core abdominal and back muscles.  This class is designed to increase flexibility, resistance, balance and strength.

SIZZLIN SPINNING

Led by a specially trained instructor this class consists of an integrated system of zone classes taught on a specially designed stationary bike and set to motivating variations of music.  For the person who wants a high intensity class with out the impact and wants something new, this is the class for you.

DA NEXT LEVEL

Blast off to 1 hour of challenging German dynamic flexibility exercises.  Agility, power, and speed will be emphasized in this super high intensity athletic workout.  This class is most suitable for those looking to enhance their training and performance.

AB-SOLUTELY FLAB U-LESS

This workout is a continuous circuit of about six different exercises designed to hit the upper abdominal region, lower abdominal region and obliques for the total development.  This is a 30-minute class.

BELOW THE BELT

This is the ideal class for anyone who is looking to tone, firm and tighten the butt, thigh, and leg areas.  This class is 45 minutes in length and you will not be disappointed.

BODYBURN

This one-hour class is designed for the member who is interested in resistance training.  Emphasis is placed more on toning and muscular endurance rather than size.  Proper weight training technique and body position will be taught.  Class participants are encouraged to work at their own skill level.

ADRENALINE UNLIMITED

This power-packed athletic workout uses traditional dance skills and kickboxing techniques for both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. This class will also include some resistance training and toning exercises.

ULTIMATE STEP EXPRESS

A high-intensity, variable–impact program that involves stepping onto a platform while performing upper body movements.  Beginner to advance levels. Combining athletic step drills that will improve balance, coordination and agility you are sure to get a work out second to none. Bench height may vary depending on the participants fitness level.

CRUISE CONTROL

What better way to relieve some stress, than to enjoy a relaxing bike ride.  This spinning class is level 1-2 and is designed to help you just to exercise at 40-60% of your maximum heart rate, allowing you to get a great work out while envisioning yourself on a long beautiful landscaped road near the seashore.

NITRO TURBOCIZE

This heart racer gives you the adrenaline rush of the Indy 500 combined with a cool relaxing ride through a course of hills and valleys.  The interval spinning class takes you through different timed intervals of high and low intensity spinning allowing you to take your cardiovascular endurance to another level.  This is a level 5 experience.

THE ZONE

Traditional variations of high and low impact aerobics.  A beginners favorite, this class will help you to slowly increase your level of cardiovascular conditioning and improve muscle endurance.

A STEP ABOVE

No weights are involved making this class strictly cardiovascular.  Simple circuit exercises and basic step moves are used making the class easy to follow.  But with very little rest periods it is designed for the fitter individual.

STEP EXPRESS

A high-intensity, variable–impact program that involves stepping onto a platform while performing upper body movements.  Beginner to advance levels.  Bench height varies.

C . P . R (CUT, PUMPED AND RIPPED)

A non-stop multi-level workout that incorporates aerobics & dance movements. Burn fat, loose excess water and have a ball.

SALSA MOVES

Patterns and basic steps incorporate the popular salsa steps from the Mambo Bolero originated in the Caribbean and Cuba. This class will include lateral abduction and adduction movement.  It gives the body, mind and soul spice and flavor.

TAE-KWON STRIKE

For the beginner and the advanced, this beginner’s class will concentrate on stabilization, coordination, timing, and proper posture. You will learn basic punches, stances and low kicks. The advance class will focus on cardiovascular and strength conditioning incorporating tae kwon-do and martial art techniques.
